With several houses constructed and sold, Syringa Springs is swiftly moving towards the sale of all the lots in the first three phases.

Here is the status of our progress:

• All utilities are in place, the water fountain at the southwest entrance is flowing beautifully and the fountain landscaping is growing tall and maturing.
  
  
• The pool parking lot has begun construction and will be completed soon.
  
  
• All of the landscaping throughout Syringa Springs is maturing.
  
  
• The pool and pool house are finished and ready for use this coming spring. Home owners will love the pool during the heat of this summer.
  
  
• The park/greenbelt landscaping and grass are growing and ready for Frisbee, walking, jogging or whatever exercise/leisure activity you prefer.
  
  
• The simulated rock wall along Pennsylvania has been completed and the grass/greenery planted along the wall looks very nice.
  
  
• We have over 19 homes for sale and over 19 lots are sold and owner occupied. We have a waiting list for people interested in
  those lots still available.
